Prelaunch Content Policy
Prelaunch draft. This policy describes acceptable public informational content for Phase A and is not represented as counsel-approved final legal text.
Informational boundaries
Content must not present GIWA MEDI as a medical provider or replace professional care. Independent clinicians decide medical eligibility, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Fictional and sponsored material
Fictional samples must be labeled as fictional and non-endorser examples. Sponsored material must disclose sponsorship and material connections clearly and near the relevant claim.
Prohibited content
Impersonation, misleading medical claims, invented credentials, fabricated endorsements or outcomes, hidden sponsorship, unlawful material, and instructions that interfere with site security are prohibited.
Inactive participation
Because operational functions are inactive, Phase A does not accept creator profiles, clinic listings, inquiries, comments, reports, media, or other visitor submissions through GIWA MEDI.
